Join Our Team as a Technical Project Lead

Role Overview:

Ekiva is looking for a Technical Project Lead to take ownership of the end-to-end technical delivery of complex telecom and network projects.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role, responsible for bringing multidisciplinary engineering teams together, driving technical decisions, managing integration and ensuring the complete solution is delivered, tested and accepted.

You will lead technical delivery across Enterprise Private Networks, Private 5G, Industrial Networks, FWA, MNO environments, telecom infrastructure and R&D/innovation projects.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end technical delivery from requirements and solution design through integration, testing, deployment and acceptance.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineers across RAN, Core, IP/Transport, RF, Security, Cloud, DevOps, IoT, AI/ML, Edge and OT.
• Translate customer and business requirements into clear technical deliverables.
• Manage technical dependencies, risks, issues and engineering priorities.
• Drive multi-vendor integration, troubleshooting and technical problem resolution.
• Lead technical readiness reviews, ATP, E2E testing, customer acceptance and handover.
• Coordinate technology partners, vendors and customer technical teams.
• Support PoCs, trials, R&D and innovation projects from concept through deployment.
• Work closely with Project/Programme Management to align technical delivery with scope, schedule, resources and milestones.
• Act as the technical point of leadership for customers and stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years’ experience in Telecom, Network Engineering, Technical Delivery or Technology Integration.
• Strong understanding of 4G/5G and end-to-end telecom networks.
• Experience across several areas such as:
• RAN, 5G Core, Private 5G, EPN, Open RAN, IP Transport, FWA, RF, Cloud/Edge, Network Automation, IoT or Industrial/OT.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary technical engineering teams.
• Strong multi-vendor integration and troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to turn complex technical requirements into clear deliverables and outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder, communication and decision-making skills.
• Experience with Ericsson or other major telecom vendors is valuable; multi-vendor experience is preferred.
• Ability to participate in customer technical workshops and solution discussions.
• Experience supporting technical proposals, SoW, PoCs, demonstrations and solution development.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Must have the right to work in the UK, as we are unable to sponsor visa applications.

• Full-time on site in Egham, ability to commute.
