Join Our Team as a Cyber Security Specialist

Role Overview:

Ekiva is seeking a Cyber Security Specialist with experience in telecom security, industrial cybersecurity and IEC 62443 frameworks to support secure deployment of Private 5G, enterprise and industrial communication networks.

The candidate will be responsible for developing security architectures, implementing security controls and supporting compliance requirements.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Design cybersecurity architecture for telecom and industrial networks.
  • Implement IEC 62443 security principles.
  • Define:
    • Security zones
    • Network segmentation
    • Security conduits
  • Develop security requirements for:
    • Private 5G networks
    • Enterprise networks
    • OT environments
  • Support firewall policy definition and security configurations.
  • Implement:
    • VPN security
    • Identity and Access Management (IAM)
    • User access controls
    • PKI and certificate management
  • Perform:
    • Security risk assessments
    • Vulnerability assessments
    • Security testing
  • Support security hardening activities.
  • Prepare:
    • Security documentation
    • Compliance reports
    • Security acceptance test documents
  • Support security workshops and customer presentations.
  • Produce professional security documentation.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years experience in Cyber Security / Network Security.
  • Strong experience with:
    • IEC 62443
    • OT Security
    • Industrial Cybersecurity
    • Telecom Security
  • Knowledge of:
    • Network segmentation
    • Firewalls
    • VPN
    • PKI
    • Certificate management
    • Identity management
    • Security monitoring
  • Experience securing:
    • Private networks
    • Industrial environments
    • Critical infrastructure
    • Enterprise networks
  • Understanding of:
    • 5G security concepts
    • Cloud security
    • Zero Trust principles
  • Experience engaging with:
    • Enterprise security teams
    • Customers
    • Auditors
    • Technology partners
  • Ability to explain security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK, as we are unable to sponsor visa applications.
  • Full-time on site in Egham, ability to commute.
