Marketing Manager

Join Our Team as a Marketing Manager.

Role Overview:

The Marketing Manager is integral to supporting the commercial goals of the business. Responsible for planning, delivering and optimising marketing activities to strength the company’s brand visibility, to enhance engagement and drive business growth. This role plays a critical part in development and execution of the marketing strategy across digital platforms and external channels. This role reports to the Global Head of GTM.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy and Planning

  • Support the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company goals.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance brand presence, customer engagement and market reach.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to inform marketing decisions.
 

Content Creation & Management:

  • Create engaging and high-quality content for social media, the company website and other digital platforms.
  • Manage all social media channels, ensuring regular posting and consistency with the brand message.
  • Oversee the content calendar to ensure regular, relevant and timely communications.
 

Website & Digital Marketing:

  • Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance and strong brand representation.
  • Oversee website analytics, using data insights to optimise user experience, improve SEO performance and guide content strategy.
  • Collaborate with external partners to deliver website enhancements, design updates and technical improvements.
 

Press Release Delivery & Performance:

  • Plan and deliver press releases across appropriate media outlets, ensuring clear, accurate and timely communication.
  • Track and analyse the performance and reach of press releases, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure press releases achieve measurable outcomes that support media coverage, brand awareness and stakeholder engagement.
 

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Maintain strong working relationships with external agencies, media partners, and suppliers.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all online presence.

 

Key Requirements

  • Degree in marketing, similar subject essential.
  • Strong organisational and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
  • Experience managing social media channels and using scheduling or analytics tools.
  • Experience in marketing management or digital marketing preferred.
  • Full-time on site in Egham, ability to commute (ideally able to drive)
